Manufacturing Process
Material Receiving
All incoming materials shall pass the ICQC. MTC, Marking,dimensions will be checked before materials are received.
Scaling and Material Planning
Scaling
The steel members are scaled to 1:1 on computer to make sure actual dimensions on drawings.
Material Planning
All materials shall meet the requirements on drawing. The grade of material shall be according to requirements.
Cutting
Plates will be flame cut. H sections will be cut by gantry saw. The cut materials are given allowance for welding.
Drilling
Holes on connecting plates will be drilled by CNC drill. The holes on H sections will be drilled by 3 dimensions CNC drill.
Assembling
The assembling work shall be done on tested and calibrated platform. The tolerance of the platform shall be less than≤3mm.
Part End Machining
Part end machining includes milling the end, chamfering, scalloping etc. H section beam and column are all machined at ends.
Tack Welding
Before commencement tack welding, the tacker welders shall follow the related technical documents to make sure the item number, material, dimension, quantity, and preciseness shall meet the requirements drawing and specifications.
Welding
Welders are certified to AWS following the preset WQS and PRQ. Only certified welding equipment and WPS can be used in actual welding.
Painting
The paint surface should be flat, even, thick, and glossy. Defect like lifting, cracking, peeling, holes are not allowed. The thickness of paint to be tested with film thickness tester. The thickness shall meet the requirements.
Product Marking
All parts shall be clearly marked according to construction drawing and installation drawing. The markings shall be clearly visible on parts.
