Quality control of steel structure installation
① Before installation, the construction unit shall inspect the product certificate, design documents, and pre-assembly records of the components, and recheck and record the dimensions of the components. When the deformation or defect of the steel structure exceeds the allowable deviation, it should be treated.
Before installation, detailed measurement and correction processes should be prepared. Welding of thick steel plates should undergo process tests simulating the product structure before welding and installation, and corresponding construction processes should be prepared. A certain camber should be preset for the assembled roof truss.
② After the steel structure is lifted in place, the positioning axis and elevation control points of the components should be measured and marked, and the quality of the lifting butt joint should be inspected before welding. Install temporary supports and steel wave cables to ensure the safety and stability of the steel roof truss during the construction process.
③ When installing steel structures, the construction unit should submit the elevation dimensions, welding, painting, etc. of each component after lifting to the supervisor for acceptance.
