What problems should be paid attention to in winter steel structure construction?
1. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the painting process test shall be carried out before the application of anti-corrosion paint. During painting, the rust, oil stain, burr, and other matters on the surface of the component must be cleaned up and the surface must be kept dry. Painting shall not be carried out on snowy days or when there is thin ice on the components.
2. Anti-slip measures shall be taken when transporting and stacking prefabricated steel structures in winter. The stacking site of components shall be flat and solid without puddles, and the ground shall be free of ice. When members of the same model are stacked, the members shall be kept horizontal, the sizing block shall be placed on the same vertical line, and the members shall be prevented from slipping.
3. Before the installation of the steel structure warehouse, its quality shall be reinspected according to the requirements under negative temperature conditions, and the components that are missing inspection during fabrication and deformed during transportation and stacking shall be repaired and corrected on the ground.
4. The installation sequence diagram of metal structure shall be prepared according to the temperature conditions, and the installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specified sequence during construction.
5. Prepare the installation and welding process of steel structure, and two ends of a component shall not be welded at the same time.
6. Ice, snow, and dew on the surface of steel structure buildings shall be removed before installation, but the coating shall not be damaged.
7. The columns and main beams installed at negative temperatures shall be corrected immediately, and the correct positions shall be fixed permanently. The components installed on the day shall form a stable space system.
8. During the installation of high-strength bolt joints, the friction surface of components shall be free of snow and ice, and shall not be exposed to dirt, oil, and other dirt.
